Step into a greenfield environment within a complex enterprise-level organisation and play a key role in shaping its ML / AI capability.
Reporting directly to the Head of AI, you will collaborate with the business on high-value use cases, applying your expertise to design, build, productionise, and support machine learning models that deliver measurable impact.
AI/ML Solutions
- Lead the design and delivery of end-to-end AI and machine learning solutions, from business analysis through to deployment and maintenance.
- Translate complex business problems into practical technical outcomes.
- Build and fine-tune scalable models, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and production readiness.
- Design and optimise pipelines with automation, monitoring, and retraining built in.
- Develop reusable frameworks, features, and modules to speed up model development.
- Create agentic AI systems capable of performing multi-step tasks and interacting with other platforms independently.
MLOps & Platforms
- Manage and enhance the enterprise machine learning platform, driving performance and innovation.
- Implement best practice lifecycle management across governance, security, deployment, and monitoring.
- Build automation, templates, and tools that simplify development and improve speed.
- Monitor system health, performance, and costs, identifying opportunities for optimisation.
- Enforce automation for governance, security, and compliance checks.
Software Development
- Apply strong engineering standards across all AI and ML development.
- Refactor and modularise code for efficiency and scalability.
- Introduce new tools and automation to improve developer productivity.
