SQL Developer (Oracle / Postgres)

We are seeking an experienced Developer who has significant experience working across SQL within complex environments and systems, particularly Postgres and Oracle.

Working within a transformation team, you will be involved in a range of activities: –

• Looking at different options and solutions for addressing business problems.
• Working with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and other technical specialists.
• Perform feasibility analysis of proposed user cases.
• Fine-tune detailed design and requirements.
• Develop and productionise the use case to ensure a successful transition of all developed applications.

Along with your strong communication skills and ability to work with a range of stakeholders, you will have the following skills to allow you to succeed in this role: –

• Strong experience within an enterprise-level organisation across Oracle SQL and/or Postgres SQL
• Understanding of supportable, debuggable and production-quality code.
• Understanding of application automation, release lifecycle knowledge and code control methodologies.
• Python programming and ideally ‘R’
• Reporting from the backend.
