Marketing, Brand and Culture Coordinator (Part Time)

SUMMARY

A unique opportunity has become available to join a successful and growing boutique organisation based in the Melbourne CBD. This is a hands‑on role working closely with a small, high‑performing team. You will play an important part in building brand presence, supporting marketing initiatives, coordinating events and contributing to a positive team culture, while also providing administrative support for a busy office environment.

This is a diverse and creative role suited to someone who enjoys variety, ownership and balancing marketing, content creation and administration. You’ll help bring the brand to life across digital platforms while supporting internal culture initiatives and events.

About the Role
You will support the business across marketing, content, social media, events, culture initiatives and administration.

Marketing & Digital Content

  • Manage and grow the company’s presence on LinkedIn and Instagram
  • Create engaging content aligned with the marketing plan
  • Assist with monthly or bi‑monthly email marketing campaigns
  • Support the development of market insights reports
  • Work with the team to create infographics and branded content

Podcast & Digital Media

  • Coordinate end‑to‑end podcast publishing
  • Liaise with podcast guests once recordings are completed
  • Upload and manage podcast content across YouTube and digital platforms
  • Identify ways to improve podcast reach and audiences

Content Management

  • Review and approve blogs and website content uploads
  • Manage talent directory uploads
  • Coordinate The Writers Hub, including proofing and scheduling content
  • Maintain relationships with writers and support growth of the writer network

Events & Culture

  • Design invitations and event collateral
  • Coordinate venues, catering and event logistics
  • Support company events and client engagement activities
  • Coordinate monthly internal team initiatives
  • Organise birthday cards, gifts and team celebrations
  • Assist with quarterly events and the annual Christmas celebration

Administration:

  • Manage company merchandise, stationery and corporate gifts
  • Coordinate client and candidate gifts
  • Assist with CV preparation for client submissions when required
  • Arrange travel and accommodation for the team
  • Provide general administrative support to the team

About You:

You are organised, creative and enjoy working in a role where no two days are the same. You bring strong communication skills and enjoy contributing to both brand building and team culture. You enjoy taking ownership, juggling priorities and supporting a busy office while staying across the detail.

You will ideally have:

  • Experience supporting marketing, content creation and administration
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Comfortable creating and managing content across social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn and Instagram
  • Well organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • A proactive and positive approach, well suited to a small team environment
  • Good attention to detail
