Data & Reporting Analyst

We are partnering with a well-established organisation looking for a skilled Data & Reporting Analyst to join a high-performing team of Data Analysts and Data Engineers.
This role will be instrumental in advancing data modelling capabilities and delivering insightful, visually engaging dashboards across multiple business units. You’ll take ownership of building scalable reporting solutions, with a particular emphasis on KPI reporting across sales and operational performance.
Working in a collaborative and forward-thinking analytics environment, you’ll also contribute to enhancing existing Power BI solutions while driving best practices in semantic modelling, governance, and dashboard design.

What You’ll Bring

• Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to gather and translate business requirements
• Proven experience in data modelling, including dimensional modelling techniques
• Expertise in developing intuitive and visually engaging dashboards in Power BI
• Advanced Power Query and DAX capabilities
• Strong SQL skills
• Experience delivering KPI reporting across sales, revenue, and operational metrics
• Knowledge of Power BI administration (datasets, workspaces, gateways, RLS)
• Exposure to deployment pipelines and development best practices
• Ability to translate business KPIs into scalable and well-structured data models

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-quality datasets and semantic models in Power BI
• Build user-friendly, visually compelling dashboards tailored to Sales and Operations teams
• Implement and manage Row-Level Security (RLS) to ensure appropriate data access
• Collaborate with Data Engineers to optimise data models and reporting performance
• Improve and scale existing dashboards for enhanced usability and efficiency
• Work with large and complex datasets to deliver accurate, timely insights
