With over 30 years’ combined experience the Accounting & Finance team is led by Zoë Kelly and Rina Gami. The original founding dream team, they formed their partnership recognising collaboration is the key to success. Zoë kickstarted her career in Publishing, before moving into the world of recruitment where she has enjoyed a fulfilling career for the last 15 years. During this time she has been lucky enough to work with a number of talented teams across Edinburgh (Scotland), Sydney and Melbourne. For the past 12 years, Zoë has specialised in the Finance & Accounting space and brings to the table her vast knowledge, understanding and passion for the industry.

She believes in building long-term, meaningful relationships and has helped a large number of individuals accelerate their career goals and exceed their own expectations. She is continuing her recruitment journey helping companies find the best talent available in the Finance & Accounting, Executive Search and Project Management markets. She relishes supporting candidates through the ever-increasing competitive labyrinth of their market and finding their next dream role.

Zoë lives in Melbourne’s Bayside area with her partner and two poochies.

Rina migrated to Melbourne over 12 years ago and has 15 years’ experience as a Corporate Recruiter, working for Global players both here in Australia and the UK. With a background in placing Finance & Accounting professionals across the FMCG, Retail, Manufacturing and Industrial sectors, she is a true expert in her field and specialises in Senior and Qualified Finance Recruitment.

Rina has an exemplary work ethic and prides herself on being able to find the hidden ‘gem’ candidates in the market. She understands the needs of her clients and always listens diligently to what matters to them. She strongly believes it is not about placing candidates and moving on. It is about building strong, lasting relationships, developing a deep understanding of the needs of the client and taking as long as it takes to find the perfect fit for both the client and the candidate.

Happily for Rina, her work does not end at the office. She continues her after hours job as a busy wife and mum to two beautiful children.
