Our client is a leading organisation in the care and support services sector, currently rolling out Workday across the business. They’re seeking a Data & Reporting Analyst to join the team during this exciting transformation phase.
Reporting initially to the Programme Manager, this role offers the chance to work across multiple data streams and contribute to meaningful projects that support people and communities.
Key Responsibilities
- Support data extraction and migration from various source systems
- Collaborate with business leads on data validation and reconciliation tasks to ensure data accuracy and integrity
- Define and design reports with business analysts and stakeholders, ensuring the right data sources are in place
- Stay updated on Workday reporting enhancements and implement improvements where relevant
- Develop, maintain, and update reports within Workday
- Support good data governance practices, especially relating to report creation and data quality
About You
To succeed in this role, you’ll bring a strong mix of technical skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to communicate with a wide range of stakeholders. You’ll also have:
- 3+ years in a data & reporting or business analysis role, ideally with direct Workday experience
- A proven track record in gathering data requirements and building reports in a business context
- Strong Excel skills for data validation and reconciliation
- Familiarity with data governance frameworks, including data definitions, lineage, and quality analysis
- Excellent interpersonal skills – confident working with cross-functional teams
- Previous experience in Workday, especially across HCM implementations, is highly regarded
