Our client is a leading organization across the Australian Landscape. A new position has become available for a new member to join the team.
The purpose of this role will be to work across the Technology team and provide support, analysis, and governance to the function.
You will have a high level of demonstrated administration and analytical skills, as well as experience working in a changing and evolving technology function. This role is fast-paced and will require the ability to adapt to ongoing changes.
Key aspects of the role will include:
- Various range of administration tasks including meeting and event preparation, management of the mailbox, research, identification of process improvement
- Assist in contract management& financial processing and procurement
- Manage the workforce plan and assist with onboarding and offboarding of resources
- Assist in documentation and help create and maintain the IT governance model
To be considered for this role you will have: –
- Experience across a technology team within financial services
- Strong interest in technology and collaboration tools
- Strong interest in project management and understanding program initiatives
- Highly self-sufficient and can work autonomously in a role that is in constant change
- Experience across MS Office, and with Jira and Confluence
