We are currently working with a prestigious Australian organisation that is seeking a Senior Business Operations Analyst to join their collaborative and high performing team. This role will sit in the operations function and will be pivotal in establishing and reviewing current business processes to ensure that downstream business units are operating as efficiently as possible.
Reporting into the Manager of Operations, you will be someone who has a diverse skillset and has proven experience working with procurement, corporate, and project business units. You will be pivotal in reviewing and executing new operating models to streamline processes and systems.
What you will be doing…..
- Work closely with cross functional stakeholder groups to build relationships and understand their business functions
- Run workshops and engage stakeholders in other methods to elicit business requirements
- Support the Manager in operation strategy implementation as well as setting processes to monitor and evaluate
- Develop, maintain and implement tools that will assist in the design of the operations strategy
- Assist in the development of new operating models
- Develop and implement new processes and frameworks that can be utilised with the operations function
- Assist with the collation of data and assist in the development of reports to gauge service levels and customer satisfaction.
You will be someone who…..
- 5-6 years of experience working as a Business Operations Analyst/Business Analyst
- Has demonstrated experience working in a corporate services/ operations function
- Proven experience working in large corporate environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working in ambiguous environments and autonomously
- Experience establishing models, frameworks and processes to improve business functions
- Strong analytical skills- ideally experience with Power BI
- You must have experience developing and maintaining operating models
- Consulting background highly regarded
