- 18 Month Fixed Term Contract – Paying up between $125,000 – $140,000

We are currently working with a purposeful organisation who is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join their team and assist in their data transformation. Reporting into the Analytics Manager this role will be responsible for being the bridge between business stakeholders and the data team as they uplift their data capability. Along with working with the data team you will also engage directly with senior leadership to take them through the transformation journey.
Your responsibilities in this role will include…..
- Be responsible for the elicitation of requirements through workshopping and interviewing.
- Assess current documentation and the development of new documentation
- Translate business requirements into technical data requirements.
- Working with senior leaders to take them through the transformation journey.
- Work with stakeholders and project team to assess value feasibility of requirements
- Engage with all levels of stakeholders to understand what KPIs should look like within the organisation
- Conduct process analysis and process mapping to understand the current and future statement environment
Your skills will include…..
- 5+ years of experience working as a Business Analyst
- Experience working in complex environments
- Industry experience in pharmaceuticals, healthcare or hospital environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with data mapping, data flow diagrams etc
- Experience setting KPIs and project objectives
