Konnexus is partnering with a large enterprise organisation to secure an AI Engineer & Enablement Specialist with deep capability across the Microsoft ecosystem. This role sits at the intersection of engineering, delivery and adoption, suited to someone who can design, build and deploy AI solutions into production environments that demonstrably deliver business value, while also enabling the broader organisation to effectively adopt AI at scale.
The Opportunity
You will play a critical role in designing, building and embedding production-ready AI solutions leveraging Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform and broader Azure capabilities. Working across both technology and business teams, you will drive practical, outcome-focused AI adoption, ensuring solutions are not only technically sound but also measurably improve business performance.
This role requires someone who can move beyond proof-of-concept work bringing experience in taking AI models and applications through to production, with clear alignment to business outcomes, governance and scalability.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build and deploy production-grade AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform and Azure services
- Develop and implement LLM-based applications, including RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) frameworks and orchestration patterns
- Translate business requirements into scalable, secure and maintainable AI solutions that deliver tangible business value
- Embed AI into core workflows, ensuring solutions are fully adopted, measured and continuously improved
- Lead enablement initiatives, including workshops, training and knowledge transfer to uplift internal capability
- Partner with stakeholders across business and technology to drive adoption and align AI initiatives with strategic outcomes
- Support governance, best practice and responsible AI implementation across the enterprise
- Act as a trusted advisor on how AI can be operationalised and scaled within a Microsoft-centric environment
What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience as an AI Engineer, Copilot Engineer or similar
- Demonstrated experience taking AI models and solutions into production
- Strong hands-on expertise across; Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Platform, Azure AI services within a Microsoft ecosystem, Generative AI / LLM solutions, including RAG architectures and orchestration frameworks
- Experience designing and deploying end-to-end AI solutions, from concept through to production and adoption
- Strong capability in delivering enablement programs, training and stakeholder engagement
